Tramping... Axially not Socially

One of the most annoying things about Leaf Springs has got to be Axle Tramp..
You’re on your way home and it’s raining..
But!
There’s nothing on the back of your ute..
And you’ve got an LSD Diff (most of the time)
It’s late on a school night, so there’s practically no one else on the rd.
For some reason, this makes every 2nd and 3rd gear change an opposite lock event when making a turn at an intersection and on some long sweeping corners..
As the vehicle rd speed catches up with the surface speed under the tyres..
The arse end starts violently jolting because the diff is twerking like Taylor Swift.
So annoying

Without doing a major rear end revision.
What’s a good way to stop the Differential’s ambition to wheelstand while the rest of the ute isn’t interested in doing so?

An anti-wrap kit such as this might do the trick:

It does require some fab work and welding. But looks well-built, and reasonably-priced.

Here’s an excellent video showing the install of a dual-bar setup on a Toyota Tacoma:

Antother interesting bolt-on spring-type towing support:

You might have to contact the company to see if thise would work on a smaller rig, as generally it’s meant for full-size trucks that are towing a heavy load.

Thanks @EdMc34ZuZu !
Legend..

I actually watched that vid last night!
The dude looks like he’s been electrocuted:laughing:
I was surprised how he just welds the mounts on the axle tubes in situ.. But thinking about it, it would be fine.

Those spring ones are kinda interesting..
They seem to be aimed at helping with payload but the way they are mounted, it would resist ‘wrapping’..?

The single centred one I couldn’t use because of the Trundle Tray..
I’m going to source some bango spherical joints and go from there I think..

Thanks mate.
