Suggestion: I note there doesn’t seem to be a Preview option. Also, the small dialog box is only giving 3 lines of text at a time, that’s gonna make it really difficult to write a long post. You’re gonna have to scroll up-and-down constantly to review what you’ve written. Just a thought!..ed
I’m out at a baby shower right now, but I’ll get on that ASAP when I get back! Also hard shout out too Rumena for getting the server right. They still have a few things they said needed to happen before they give it the full thumbs up.
Also don’t worry too hard about the planet. It’s sad but I have some plans. There too.

My observation is the next thing needs to be done is to drive Isuzu-oriented traffic to this site. Obviously we can’t be “too obvious” at the Planet, or they’re just gonna ban more of us.
Gotta tell ya, with the “New Site” and other private conversations going on at the Planet, it makes me wonder if they are able to “Oversee” private conversations. Because with all the planning we’ve been doing, I and others haven’t been banned yet. Just gotta be careful I guess.
I’m certainly going to disgengage there more and more. No more happy replys to new members. Things like that. I guess they own all of our posts, though. Too bad, wish I could take my 8,000+ posts over 23 (!) years and put 'em here!!!

you own your posts on the planet, but by posting them there you grant them a license to forever hold your posts on there. you’re totally free to copy/paste YOUR OWN posts here, but not anyone elses if we want to avoid legal trouble

Well. Good thing I’ve been doing that project I told you about. That should probably take about a week maybe more but I can email some files over to people when I’m done 
The logistics of manually copying my posts, especially in threads that have posts from other users, is far beyond my capabilities. Maybe you have some way of simplifying that? Aforementioned “files” ??

I feel bad because work just picked up and I’m mostly going to be AWOL. However, hunting is coming fast and I have a lot of work to do to get my Trooper back on the road, so I should at least be posting something in the coming months.

They definitely have access and control over the PM’s or “conversations” you have with anyone. All my PM’s with mud look like a one sided conversation with myself now. His side of the conversation is all gone! And it looks like his membership status has somehow been updated to “read only”. Whatever that’s supposed to mean? I guess he can still log on. But, honestly anyone can log on as a guest and “view” anything they want to.
Speaking of gleaning old posts, @getsducks had an excellent observation.
We Most Definitely should put a priority on Jerry Lemond’s posts. He was and is a fount of ZuZu info and it’d be a terrible loss if we should lose all of that.
With him aging-out and his health problems, he’s not gonna be around forever for us to pick his brain cells.
Maybe a special Honorary section for Jerry, then start putting tags on his posts for posterity. I’d be willing to work on tagging his posts.
I’ve been in a Convo that isuzuki88 started. IIRC he was asking about the post “What’s Wrong With You” and of course that post was nuked by good ol’ Jeff.
Well, today I open up that convo for more discussion, and I find that his opening post had been nuked as well! At least they didn’t delete his email address, so I was able to send him email describing in detail what’s been happening over there. I think he’ll be over to join soon.
And I did notice in a message to Lorenzo816, that they wiped out the “Isuzu Nation” link I posted for him. IDK if he’s gonna come over, he’s heavy into selling parts and the Planet gives him a lot of traffic.
Just more Draconian Shite from Jeff and VerticalScope. Obviously they’ve never heard of “Don’t Be Evil” !
Oh, and I see there is a Post Preview, right next to the Options “+”

I don’ even know where to begin,Gang..!! What an Odyssey to get to “Here”..!! My handle is Hambden Bob. While I go all the way back many Moon’s ago to the early long lost Planet Isuzu platform,You really won’t find any evidence of it..!! I’ve been more of an “Isuzu Trooper Stumbler” since buying my first brand new Trooper back in 1990..!! Fast forward to today..!! I’m Humbled to be in on the ground floor of this exciting Isuzu Adventure..!! I won’t elaborate or highlight the “Schmuckery” performed elsewhere,as the “Classier,More Knowledgeable Crew” that I really look up to have nailed it already..!! Well Done,from a 65.5 year old Wild Man..!!
